Shipping Cost

All domestic United States orders under $50 ship for $8.95 (12.95 for California)(Which is usually always less than our actual shipping cost).  All domestic United States orders over $50 ship for free ($5 for California). Exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories. If you reside outside of the United States or US Territories and would like a shipping quote please send us an email requesting one along with what you would like to order.

Delivery Times

Orders placed will typically ship the following business day with the exception of peak holidays and large wholesale orders or bulk containers (2 lb or Larger) which may require extra lead time (Up to 10 days).

Our choice for most retail orders ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS and wholesale orders via FedEx or USPS. The choice of carrier depends upon the size & weight of the shipment. Any packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or a PO Box will also be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Typical USPS transit times are as follows:
Domestic Orders: 2-7 days (Priority Mail)
Alaska, Hawaii Orders: 4-10 days. We are not responsible for transit times once the shipped item is with the carrier. During peak holiday season it's not uncommon for an item to get stuck in transit. If your item fails to arrive by the shipping carrier you must inform us within Thirty (30) days of the order ship date so we can file a lost package claim with said carrier.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax applies ONLY for orders shipped to Missouri. If a coupon or discount is being used, that amount will be subtracted before tax is calculated.

Please Note: You must notify Customer Service of a shipping discrepancy no later than 7 days from the invoice/ship date. Requests received after 7 days cannot be honored.

Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from the Jbspiceblends.com web site or catalog. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed unless the return was a result of our error or a product defect.

Refunds

Refunds will be promptly credited back to your payment method used during checkout.

Wholesale orders will receive a credit issued against future purchases and must be approved prior to return.

We can only refund shipping fees if the return was a result of our error.
